The mobile POS display app from SIX is an accessory to the SIX mobile POS app and offers merchants the ease of a separate digital client display. This means that the app is simply installed on a second device (smartphone or tablet) and is linked with the mobile POS app via Bluetooth.
The app is available free of charge to all Paymit contractual partners of SIX Payment Services as part of the Paymit Business Professional product packet. Clients of Paymit Business Easy and Classic cannot use the app. The advantage for Paymit merchants is that the client display can be permanently installed at the point of sale.
Heres how payments work
With the full cashier function of the mobile POS App Business, you as a merchant enter the purchase of your customer and prepare the purchase for payment. As soon as you send the payment either as Paymit or as a cash purchase, the amount or the Paymit QE code appears on the customer display. For a Paymit payment, the customer scans the QR code on the customer display and confirms the payment. For a cash payment, the customer display supports your sales people when they enter the amount.
Before you download the app, make sure that you have a Paymit Business Professional licence from SIX.
